They work by using actual infra-red driven night vision technology. This enables you to see in the dark. These Eyeclops Night Vision Goggles are very easy to set up. Once you have removed them from the packaging you have to insert five AA batteries(not included) into the battery pack. This can be found at the back of the head-set, then you simply need to slide the power switch to turn on the Eyeclops Night Vision Goggles. After you have done this the screen display should light up inside of the right eye-piece. Next you can adjust the soft rubber straps around your child’s head, using these straps that are on the top and sides of the EyeClops Night Vision Infrared Stealth Goggles to ensure a safe and comfortable fit. Try to ensure that they will not slip and obscure your child’s vision but also make sure they are not too tight, this will be uncomfortable and spoil the fun!

They are light weight, so great for small heads and also they are durable. If you are looking for a fun toy for kids that are a bit older then this is a great toy. If you are looking for high end perfect night vision you will be disappointed, and you are also being unrealistic at this price.
